A Healthy Treat!

Nutrition plays a huge role in every aspect of our lives...more so than many people think. Eating healthy is important, but it doesn't mean you need to give up all of your treats. Below is a recipe for healthy banana cookies that I have been making for years; it hits the sweet spot when I need it! Even though they are healthy, they are delicious! Ingredients:


Two ripe bananas One cup oats 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup chocolate chip, raisins, craisins, nuts


Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees Mix all ingredients together Spoon onto cookie sheets Bake for 9 - 12 minutes
