Here We Go!

It's about time. Yes, today is the day. The idea of "A Spoonful of Strength" has been on my heart for far too long. I've wondered if I actually had something to share...would people want to listen...maybe I'll just wait for the right time. Well, here it is. Now or never. I'm jumping in with both feet.
