Worrying...don't let it rule you.

Many times when we think of the word "wellness" we think of something to do with fitness. I love the word "wellness" because it encompasses so much more than just working out.


Don’t get me wrong, I will be including posts about workouts and various exercises but today I wanted to touch on the amount of WORRYING we do. We do too much of it! Myself included!


I have had the complete pleasure of working for two people who have taught me so much. One of the most important lessons I have learned from both of them is to only worry about things we can control. Stop wasting our precious time and energy on things that are out of our hands.


What other people say and do is out of our control...how other people act, mistakes they make how they make other people feel is beyond what we can control. What we CAN do is focus on our reactions to their actions; focus on our personal thoughts, our own words, how we live our own lives. Once we stop worrying about everyone else...we can find happiness and add to the value of our own lives.


Choose to look beyond faults and look ahead to letting go and filling your heart with happiness. You will be glad you did!! #spoonfulofstrength #choosejoy #positivity #sunshine
